How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.


When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.



To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange .

For items shipped via Courier, we’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or if the product is damaged in transit. We will then arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you freight free.

Faulty/Defective/Damaged products

If you receive a faulty product from us or the product is damaged in transit, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase. If we agree that the product is spoilt, faulty or damaged and unlikely to have occurred through abnormal use, we will replace the product with an identical product.

If we are unable to provide you with an identical product, we will refund the purchase price and delivery cost.

How do I return a product?

Please email with your name, address, telephone number, invoice number & purchase details. If the product is deemed by us to be faulty, defective or has been damaged in transit, we will refund you the costs you incur in returning the stock to us. Once we approve the return, please arrange to return the product by Courier or Australia Post. If possible, please select the cheapest option.

What are my rights under the Australian Consumer law?

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price.

Invalt adopts the same approach. As you can appreciate, the type of remedy we can offer you may also vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us. The timeframes set out in this policy are considered fair and reasonable given the types of products sold.


How will my orders be shipped?

Upon opening an account, we will determine how your orders will be delivered based on your location and order size. There are 2 methods of delivery:

Invalt Direct Delivery

This method is direct delivery by Invalt on a weekly frequency for businesses within NSW. For QLD and VIC, this method occurs on a monthly frequency.

Courier Delivery

For locations outside the Invalt Direct Delivery zones or for small orders, your order will be delivered by Courier. We use Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers, TNT Road Express, Toll Road Express or Australia Post. If delivery is to a PO Box, we can only use Australia Post.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are either a flat rate (Invalt Direct Delivery) or a variable rate (Courier Delivery). Our flat rates for Invalt Direct Delivery will be determined at the time of account opening.

As a guide, Invalt Direct Delivery flat rates are approximately as per below, however this will be confirmed at the time of account opening:

Please note that Invalt Direct Delivery flat rates are subject to change without notice.

Courier Delivery rates are determined by the size, weight and number of parcels. We will determine the most cost effective option once your order is ready for dispatch. If you have any special delivery requirements, please let us know prior to shipment.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery will occur between Monday and Friday (business days only). We do not deliver on weekends, public holidays or during Christmas/New Year shut downs unless requested. Delivery time frames depend on the method of delivery:

Invalt Direct Delivery

Upon opening an account, we will agree a fixed day that your orders will be delivered (this may be weekly or fortnightly depending on your location). We will call you to discuss this.

Courier Delivery

If your order is placed prior to 12pm weekdays, we will aim to have it ready for dispatch within 48 hours. If your order is placed after 12pm weekdays, then an additional day will be added to the dispatch time. Each Courier has its own estimated delivery schedule. Once an order is transferred from Invalt to the Courier, Invalt takes no responsibility for delivery times or risks associated with goods damaged in transit.

Can I pick up my order?

No. As we keep limited stock on hand, we only offer delivery options. If you have any specific requirements, please get in touch with us via email or phone. 

Alternatively, if you wish to nominate a Courier or transport company to pick up your order from our warehouse you may do so by prior arrangement with Invalt. The customer will bear all costs associated in the pick-up and delivery of orders by a customer nominated Courier or Transport Company. Invalt is not responsible for any costs involved in this type of pick-up/delivery, nor are we responsible for any risks or goods damaged in transit associated with this type of pick-up/delivery.

If a customer does not notify Invalt that they wish to nominate a Courier or transport company for pick-up/delivery at the time of placing an order, Invalt will assume that delivery via the method agreed at the time of account opening will take place. Invalt takes no responsibility for using incorrect shipping methods in this scenario.
